There are many herbs and nutrients that can help improve depression and anxiety. We'll review time honored western and Ayurvedic herbs. In addition, we'll discuss nutrients that are used to support healthy brain chemistry. We'll discuss supporting other related body systems such as adrenal glands, liver and digestion to support brain health. You'll receive a brief worksheet to assess your body type (Ayurvedic dosha) which will help you to identify lifestyle and dietary practices to bring more emotional balance to your life.
